Pukaar Group is a long-term supporter of charity
Pukaar Group campaigns and events have raised more than £100,000 for charities in Leicester and Leicestershire since 2010.
Social responsibility has run through the organisation since Romail Gulzar founded Pukaar News in 2010. We believe that this ethos is part of what makes our team special.
Leicester charity fundraising
Many of the organisations Pukaar Group has supported over the years are based in in the city and county. Leicestershire charity organisations such as LOROS, Emmaus and the Rik Basra Leukaemia Campaign are among those which have been supported over the years.
Pukaar Group has also supported local branches of national charities including ABF The Soldier’s Charity, Age UK and CrimeStoppers. We have an ongoing relationship with the Royal Air Forces Association and its representatives are often guests at our events and feature in Pukaar Magazine.
